Holden's have a tied estate of 20 pubs which are located within a 20 mile radius of our famous Hopden Brewery.

We like to think that we offer an alternative to the national Brewers and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to assist our tenants wherever possible.

There are many who question the long term viability of the tenanted public house, however, we believe that working with a small family brewer who is prepared to be fair and flexible, are able to offer great opportunities and to use the experience we have gained over the last 99 years will enable us to work successfully together over many years to come.

 

The benefits of a Holden's Lease over A.N. other Tied Brewery/ Free House:

A)     Enjoy lower trade prices on Holden's draught Beers

B)     There is no tie on bottled beers, minerals, wines & spirits or

         food sales.
